Delivery made before the date indicated by WESCO, so fast. Good quality products (cot and fitted sheets). I didn't know this site, it's an acquaintance who works in a nursery who told me about it and I don't regret it at all.

The deadlines were met, but it would have been wise to indicate on the product detail sheet that the balloons were not inflated. I will need to find a way to inflate them.

Translated reviews

Response from Wesco Published on 06/06/2023

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. In the technical specifications of the product sheet, we clearly state that the balloons are delivered uninflated. This way, the balloons weigh less and space is optimized in the package, which is quite beneficial for the carbon footprint. We regret that you missed this information at the time of purchase. With the help of a pump or a mini compressor, the balloons should be quickly usable by children. We look forward to seeing you again soon on www.wesco.fr. Have a nice day.

The delivery person left the packages in front of the building entrance without notifying a staff member of the collective daycare, even though there are 4 intercoms available. The packages could have been picked up by anyone passing by.
