Bed mattress that seems solid and of good quality, same for the first price changing mat.

The colors of the product received do not match the item presented on the site. Why did I insist on going through your site when these colors were available on other toy sites for 15€ less...

Response from Wesco Published on 11/05/2023

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. On our product sheet, in the technical specifications, we specify that this product is available in multicolor. Therefore, we have several colors in stock that are delivered randomly. This mention does not seem explicit enough and we completely understand your disappointment. To prevent this from happening again to future buyers, we will update the product sheet by adding photos in another color. We sincerely apologize and invite you to contact our customer service at [email protected] if you do not wish to keep the product. Finally, by choosing WESCO, you support a French SME with a real Social and Environmental Responsibility policy, particularly committed to children. That is why we cannot compete with some e-commerce giants that offer particularly low prices. We hope you will give us a second chance to make a better impression by visiting us again later on wesco.fr. Have a nice day.

very good site but still expensive! however, the carrier is to be avoided! a disaster, does not go to the customer's home, he does not want to leave his truck alone, what a joke, and what about me leaving the kids alone? not at all happy with the carrier HEPPNER and it's not the first time. I am not ready to recommend.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write to us. We are sorry to read about your disappointment. We understand your dissatisfaction; however, our General Terms of Sale state that delivery is made to the foot of the door (building or house). The delivery drivers are therefore not authorized to deliver upstairs. Despite the delivery, we hope that the products ordered bring you complete satisfaction and that you will give us a second chance by visiting us again soon at www.wesco.fr. Have a nice day.

Hello, I have always been satisfied with your products. But this time, I was disappointed with the activity table. The assembly is complicated, not all the holes were drilled, two slats were too short. For the price it costs, I think the table could have been assembled in advance except for the legs. Best regards, Odile Thomassey.
