Navigating the site is simple and intuitive. The ability to order online avoids the mistakes we used to make when ordering by making tables ourselves. Customer service is very responsive and efficient.

Delivery was perfect, but we didn't see the bricks on sale while browsing, unfortunately, they weren't in the promotions... We only saw them due to a sponsored ad on our internet search page, we would have missed them when we ordered our elongated curved mattress. Very unfortunate....

I ordered the red wooden chair for children and received it quickly. One of the screws of the chair was broken. Customer service was super responsive, I received another chair as a replacement. Great quality and top finish. Thank you customer service.

I am very satisfied with the products as well as the speed of shipping... But I find it unfortunate to have received my order in 4 packages, some with only 1 item and therefore half empty... I am concerned about ecology and regret these different boxes when one or two would have sufficed!!!

The quality of the products is top-notch. However, 2 huge boxes for 3 products is a lot of packaging for nothing...

Response from Wesco Published on 10/02/2022

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write to us. The delivery of your order was delayed due to a stock shortage, and we apologize for this. Our teams are all mobilized daily to ensure that this type of situation is rare and that our customers are satisfied (this remains our priority). Regarding the delivery of your order, you opted for Colissimo delivery (an option that does not allow changing the delivery address after the order is validated). The inability to change the delivery address is therefore independent of our will. We sincerely regret that this experience undermines the trust and loyalty you have for Wesco. We hope you will give us a second chance to make a better impression by returning to our site later. Have a nice day.
