Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Hello ..Sorry I didn't have time to visit your site..I was mainly looking for children's gloves..since I don't have big hands..but these were still too small for me I had to give them to a baby..I am looking for elasticated ones at the wrists and a bit bigger..because in stores they are very large..best regards

Perfect as always. Just a bit disappointed that there are no discounts for childminders, I have been with you for several years, we see the name Wesco on every everyday item at my place, the Parent Employers also buy from you and nothing. I have no discount voucher like on the Wesco Family site. WHAT A SHAME.

Impossible to get delivery because the delivery person refused to leave the package in a safe place and requires someone to be home from 9 AM to 5 PM. Very unpleasant customer service that does not seem to know about postal transport. So it is impossible for me to retrieve my order!

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for alerting us this way. We understand your annoyance but the choice of transport (by postal service or otherwise) is made according to several criteria (type of product, weight...), so we must respect these constraints. Moreover, each carrier has its own delivery process and this is independent of our will. However, we understand that the carrier's requirements are not always compatible with our customers' availability, as in your case. Our customer service has contacted you again and found a common agreement for the delivery to take place in the coming days. We hope your order will bring you satisfaction. We look forward to seeing you again soon on our site. Have a nice day.
