My boxes arrived with a 1-day delay, 48h and 72h later. The boxes were open and the paint exploded. Not satisfied at all.

terrible! If there had been a zero, that would have been my rating. We were informed that the package would be delivered on December 1st. On the 2nd, we received a message that it would not be delivered to the chosen pickup point, then nothing more. It's not that complicated to send an email to say that the package is waiting at the post office and not in our mailbox as stated on your site.

I received my order in two parts without being notified or receiving a message, so I thought it was incomplete at first, then I checked my order on the website... maybe a lack of communication, otherwise a very good product.
