I just ordered a machouyou but the products seem to be of very good quality. The customer service is responsive because I had a delivery problem with the carrier and they replied to me very quickly.

I am missing a set of 3 forks. The packages were dropped off in front of the building without warning or signature. The packages could have been stolen.
