Customer reviews of Wesco

Nothing to say, I am satisfied

Package arrived well and matches the order.

Perfect. Order received in a few days even though we are approaching Christmas and completely compliant.

Fast and efficient delivery. Product meets our expectations

Very unhappy because I did not receive the right packages, and only one, I am waiting to speak to you on the phone for a repair

Taking into account the quick order

Fast shipping. Game confirms my expectations. Perfect.

Age-appropriate and well-made

Delivery on time. Package well wrapped. Items as described.

We were first surprised by the device's manual which fits on an A4 white sheet in 11 languages; to say the least, it is very brief and written very small... a bit surprising for a product we imagined to be high-end. Then, the electrical adapter did not fit into the back of the device; I had to lower the plug in the column with a screwdriver for the adapter to fit. In the product description on your website, there was supposed to be a remote control to adjust the lights and water flow, but there was no remote control in the package (I checked carefully). But above all: I followed all the installation recommendations (demineralized water, 2 drops of dish soap, etc.); the problem is that the jellyfish always stay at the top of the column, even when manually bringing them down, removing the air bubbles... After a while, small bubbles attach to the jellyfish, and maybe that’s why they stay at the top? Perhaps also the suction and water discharge system is not working properly? In short, we were very much looking forward to this product, but we are very disappointed with its quality.

Satisfied!

Fast delivery. Quality games.

Perfect

Very satisfied with the order

Very happy with the product and the speed

Perfect I recommend.

Products conform to the description, in very good condition.

I ordered items that were marked as "available" and in reality only part of my order was available, the restocking took a long time and I received the last items after the end of my project

I found what I was looking for as Christmas gifts, they arrived as expected yesterday by the postman.

It's really very good, we are very happy

For my first order, I am very satisfied

Always happy with wesco products even if the multiple deliveries for an order of about ten items complicate distribution in my different nurseries and are really not good for our planet. It would be better to give a more distant date and have the delivery done all at once.

1 star less because they didn't have volume 2 of the purchased book

Nothing to say about the speed of shipping and processing, about the help with the order and the quality of the products provided, but on the other hand, the packaging was too fragile and the package arrived with a box widely opened and damaged.

Very satisfied

Very good quality, fast shipping!

Original and smart toys delivered soon in a nice box!

Happy with my order

Very well arrived on time

Fast and careful shipping. Item meets my expectations.

Items received well in accordance with their presentation on the site. Only the packaging was poorly sealed at the lid: the tape was along the length but not across the width, the lid could be easily lifted. The contents were piled up and poorly cushioned, heavy on light, a burst packaging but the material was not damaged.

No issues to report

correct delivery compliant items

Delivery a bit longer than usual

Package delivered on time, matches the visual.

Very good, fast, efficient and compliant

We are very pleased with the receipt of the order. Best regards.

Reactive and efficient customer service

Package sent to the CCLA and not to the multi-reception of Gabarret. 30km

Very good products for baby, the toys are of good quality at affordable prices
