Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
I ordered an item that is unavailable elsewhere for a reasonable price, however the shipment of my items (wooden games, one in a box and the other with packaging that reveals the game and does not protect it) was in a huge box without padding. The unprotected game is unharmed, but for the boxed one, it is punctured in 3 places by the game inside...

Request to be delivered ONLY on WEDNESDAYS, this request was not HEARD, and the hurried delivery person does not allow time to check the packages at the B.L. It's a disappointing experience.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience. We are sincerely sorry to hear that the delivery did not go as you hoped. After checking, we unfortunately cannot find any trace of a specific delivery request for Wednesday. Please also note that carriers generally carry out distribution as soon as they have the merchandise, which may explain a quicker visit than desired. We regret the inconveniences encountered and remain at your disposal at 05 49 800 166 to assist you with your next order. Have a nice day.

I wanted to cancel my order placed the day before. I called customer service who explained to me that I had to send an email the next day and that the order would only be debited at the time of shipping. The order was never canceled and I was debited immediately.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We want to reassure you that your order will be refunded if you followed the procedure indicated by our customer service. At the time of your request, the preparation of your order had already started, which unfortunately did not allow us to cancel it anymore. That is why it was shipped and automatically debited. According to the instructions from our customer service, you were advised to refuse the package at the time of delivery so that a refund could then be initiated. Our customer service remains at your disposal at 05 49 800 166 for any further questions. Have a nice day.
