Chaotic is the word that best defines our shopping experience with WESCO disappointing product quality, disappointing customer service, no follow-up on orders. I think this will be our last order with WESCO it seems to me that the competition is more serious and places more importance on the shopping experience. I do not recommend going through WESCO.

The 2 cardboard books have slightly damaged covers. It's still a shame when you know that the book will be handled by a 12-month-old child! Simple cardboard packaging with the 2 books and a toy that move around in this large box and therefore the shocks are inevitable!

I ordered a bee activity cube for the birthday of one of the girls I look after (I am a childminder). But it arrived incomplete (the shapes to put in the sorter are missing). We made a complaint on the same day to the Wesco customer service but still no response. We then requested a refund and to make a return but still no response either. So really very disappointed with Wesco. It's a shame because I used to order often.

Good material, nothing to say about that. The only downside in the delivery of a really large order is the boxes not put together for the furniture... it would be ingenious to find a system indicating the number of boxes per piece of furniture with clear information to help find them. When you have about fifty without information, it's complicated.
