Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to read your disappointment, especially since we offer a loyalty program on our site called WESCO Advantage Clubs. By joining one of our Advantage Clubs, you benefit throughout the year from exclusive advantages to reward your loyalty to WESCO: free shipping, vouchers, access to private sales... Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your positive feedback regarding our products and their packaging. Regarding its size, several criteria come into play when choosing the shipping packaging, such as the number of products, their format, and their level of fragility. For your order, the fragility of the creative leisure items did not allow us to consider another option. With a view to continuous improvement, our logistics team is questioning daily to find new packaging solutions that combine low carbon impact and resistance to protect our products during transport. We hope that upon use, our products will continue to fully satisfy you and that we will have the pleasure of seeing you again soon at www.wesco.fr. Have a nice day
