We ordered the Babisiège KIT in yellow. It is very beautiful, looks sturdy. The color is not too bright, so it's perfect. Everything is perfect except for the delivery; I noted in the delivery details that I would not be at home for 15 minutes from 9:45 to 10:00, and the delivery person called me at 9:50 to let me know he was arriving. My note on the delivery details was not taken into account. The delivery person had another delivery in my city, so I was able to receive my packages. When the packages arrived, surprise, in a large plastic bag, unprotected; I would have liked bubble wrap. For the price, I don't find that acceptable. Given the delivery person, it could have been easily stolen.

In my opinion, it’s a bit complicated to find the items if you don’t put the exact name if delivery is quite fast.

The product satisfied me. Delivery on time. For the delivery, why wasn't I informed that the package had arrived? It was left in full sun during a heatwave. The products were boiling when I found them! I am worried about keeping them and that they remain usable in the medium term.

Response from Wesco Published on 02/09/2022

Hello and thank you for sharing your experience with us through this means. We have inquired with our supplier to find out if strong exposure to heat could alter the product. In the case of exposure to high heat, if the packaging of the modeling clay has been opened, the clay will harden quickly, making it difficult to shape. If the packaging has not been opened, the clay should still be easy to work with. Exposure to the sun does not cause any other effect than the possible hardening of the dough. If you find that the clay has become difficult to shape due to this exposure to the sun, we invite you to file a complaint with our customer service at [email protected]. Our team will then be able to offer you a solution. We have reported your experience with the carrier to our logistics service, so that this situation does not happen again in the future. We hope we have answered your questions and that, despite this unfortunate experience, you will give Wesco another chance. Hoping to see you soon on our site, have a nice day.

Regarding the site, it can be a bit confusing when you don't know the product designation. But after calling, I was very well informed about what I wanted. For the delivery, it was quick, I only regret that the carrier GLS sets a time slot from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, without giving a date and does not take into account the indications mentioned during my order.
