Working in a nursery, I am satisfied with the product that I already knew. However, I was disappointed with the delivery because the delivery person left my 9kg package for me to carry up to my home while I am 8 months pregnant.

Waiting for a response to my complaint (damaged item received and poorly protected for transport). After-sales service overwhelmed...

The site is perfect. However, regarding delivery, I had to contact customer service to find out where my delivery was. The carrier had put my package on hold but only contacted me after customer service followed up with them.
