Very happy with our order. However, the carrier did not want to bring the packages up to the apartment, which is not easy with an 11-month-old baby that you have to leave to go down and fetch the very bulky packages.

I am very unhappy with the delivery. I was told before the 12th, I was delivered on the 13th, I requested a time slot. The gentleman from the appointment scheduling told me: 'I don't care, it's my last day.' He said the delivery person would notify me by text an hour before. He came without warning. I told him that his attitude harmed the Wesco brand that I know well. In short, I lost a day of work. The rug therefore costs me very dearly. I wish to be compensated in one way or another. I agree to be contacted by phone.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. The delivery is carried out by an external provider to Wesco and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the professionalism of the delivery person. Our logistics service is informed and is taking the necessary steps with the carrier to ensure that this situation does not happen again. As you rightly point out, this harms our image and the satisfaction of our customers, which we regret just as much. After verification, your order confirmation indicated a delivery between 18/10 and 20/10, so you were delivered more quickly than expected. Our customer service is at your complete disposal at 05 49 80 01 66. Have a nice day.
