Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
I have nothing to say about the management of the site, my order went very well, the deadlines were respected. However, regarding the package I received, I am very disappointed with the condition in which I received my package. The first package was all correct but the second one, the box was really damaged already, I suspected that inside it wouldn't be great... and it didn't fail. I ordered 1L paints... and one of the jars simply exploded in the package. Result: the yellow bottle and a quarter emptied. Aside from this bad experience, I am overall satisfied. Maybe improve the sturdiness of the delivery boxes when what we order is heavy.

Very satisfied with my order on this site and the delivery time. However, the box was too big and not filled with enough protection, it arrived largely torn open. But apparently, nothing was lost...

Simply great! I had already ordered from family and was happy, but now, items arrived a week early, the best!! I reordered last night (Saturday) and this morning, it's already being prepared so it will probably arrive early again, so 100% delighted! And the items are top-notch! But I know working in a daycare! Value for sure! Thank you

Satisfied with the product but it's a shame not to have the choice of delivery location (only at home) so I had to take a day off to be there to receive the package. I would have liked to be able to go to a parcel relay on Saturday

Hello, the order has arrived, but not at the right place, even though the delivery address is correctly noted on the account, it's a shame
