I had ordered a box of large chalks. The plastic box arrived broken, and all the chalks were also broken. What a disappointment for my children!

Products (especially the treasure chest castle) are nice and appreciated by the children, seem to be of good quality. Prices a bit high for an individual in my opinion. The towers cannot be attached to the castle, which surprised the children. Delivery time was very long but probably due to the lockdown. A concern about the delivery but it was the post that delivered on two different days due to their particular organization during the lockdown (2 packages shipped the same day, 1 received on day and the second on day+2). Ms. A whom I spoke to on the phone was understanding and resolved the issue, and kept me informed. In short, quality and good customer service. Satisfied.

The delivery person was lovely, the delivery was on time even with the complications of the coronavirus. A product of impeccable quality for both the changing mat and the protective cover. It will last for years, we know we have invested and we will not be disappointed. I will be able to use it for my baby to be born, the next ones, and even for my project of becoming a registered childminder or opening a MAM. Thank you Wesco!
