Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
The order was delivered on time, even a few days early. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 packages because they were defective and I haven't heard back since.

you can find very good products, sturdy navigation is quite easy and we appreciate the wishlist to set aside items delivery on time but it's a shame there is no pickup point because you have to stay at home

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We offer delivery to pickup points for all eligible items. However, the Babimodules mobility structures you ordered are considered bulky products: that is why you could not choose this delivery method. We hope to see you again very soon on our site.

As a preschool teacher, your services when making a personal order for our class are impeccable and fast. But the orders made by the school and the service are not good. Significant delays in receiving the order and most of the time incomplete.
