Very good site, well stocked with staff always available and friendly to answer questions or provide after-sales service (in case of delivery issues with the post, for example...). The products sold are very nice.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are always disappointed when our items, made with love, suffer from mishandling or rough transport and do not arrive at your place intact. We urge you to send us a photo of your product at [email protected] so that we can proceed with a possible replacement.

One and a half months delay for part of the order and no information given, really a shame because the rest is very good.

I gave 3 stars because of the delivery. For the first delivery, I was not informed of the delivery day. I was at home but the delivery person did not come to ring. 2nd delivery: time slot: 'we will pass during the day...' when calling in the morning, they tell me they will pass in the afternoon and they came at 3 PM. It is really not practical to have to block the whole day. Disappointed with this delivery which is not adapted to the schedule of a private individual.

You have to order a lot (€250) to get free shipping. Moreover, the ordered product arrived damaged at one of the handles. I will make a complaint.

A reliable site with articles very suitable for the awakening of the little ones, despite an oversight in the last order, Wesco quickly sent a second package. I regularly buy games and supplies from Wesco.

The friezes are of very good quality. However, there are some connection issues (a lack of precision) between the A3 sheets to recompose the frieze: photos and texts cut off (which creates a shift, a break between the sheets).

Received before the date, perfect, the only downside was the state of the package. The tape was half removed, several holes in the cardboard. But fortunately my package was complete.
