Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Satisfied so far with the orders and delivery, this time very disappointed because the packet of beads was open and half of the beads fell out of the box during transport. As a result, there are not many beads left upon arrival.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Despite all the care we take in preparing your packages, sometimes a mishap can compromise our quality standards. Very good site, too bad they did not communicate our request for delivery on a specific date to the delivery person when we can do it at the time of the order. I had requested to be delivered in August, the delivery person showed up 5 days before the scheduled date. I was absent (hence my request for a delivery date) so I received it about ten days later than what I had requested... Catherine, it's a shame because it's a good quality site.

Very happy with the products for my second order. The only downside. No pattern/instructions for each item. The same instructions for 3 different items.

Navigation on the site is very simple, however products were delivered late (even though they were marked in stock) and without informing me, I had to contact customer service twice to find out where my order was.

Very well designed products, very good value for money, fast shipping. The only downside: it's a shame the site is not very well designed, difficult to search and compare certain products.

Everything went well. I noticed that Chronopost gave overly broad deadlines that would require staying stuck at home all day. In the end, the packages always arrive for me at the post office.

I regret that what we agreed upon as a delivery time at the time of the order in July was not respected in August. This required a significant reorganization effort for reception, fortunately without consequences for our activities!
