The delivery went badly, the GLS delivery person (imposed by WESCO) left our packages in the hallway of our building without our consent, and one of the products arrived damaged. We had to open a case with customer service.

Very competent, but sometimes lacks explanation (for example, spring scissors)

The deadlines are a bit long especially since I did not receive the correct product (I am still waiting to receive it). The item that was not the one ordered was easily returned so that's already something (the carrier who made the delivery came back to pick up the package).

Packaging needs improvement. The plastic bag was torn and dirty. The items were not damaged but dirty due to the deteriorated packaging.

Great! Fast delivery and impeccable service. Everything is very well packaged. I recommend it. I am a childminder and like many, I started by buying second-hand from individuals. Today, I differentiate with Wesco products. Products adapted for children and real safety in use. Thank you Wesco.
