It's not very easy to search for what you want, you struggle a bit but with patience you eventually find it, proof we ordered.

The products received are in accordance with the order but the transparent plastic packaging was open. No cardboard box to protect the transport. A simple plastic bag does not seem sufficient given the price of the products sold.

Delivery was ahead of schedule even though I had chosen a time slot for organizational reasons, but no problem in the end. The only issue was some small cuts on a plastic part of a cot that do not hinder its use but are not great considering the price.

Good navigation on the site. Shipment as expected. Customer service is attentive and efficient. Perfect. The only small less positive criticism: unnecessary overpacking.

It was my nanny who prescribed your product. The French manufacturing and the fact that the product poses no risk to the child are the elements that convinced me.

I had requested to change the invoice recipient as I could not do it in my personal space (the title to be changed is not active and cannot be modified). However, following email exchanges, this request was supposed to be taken into account. The invoice received is actually not updated and therefore cannot be paid as it is!

Overall, the products are extremely expensive, but I was able to take advantage of the sales for the purchase I was interested in.
