Nothing to complain about regarding the delivery. Product delivered ahead of the indicated deadlines, so it's always a nice surprise. Just a downside regarding the packaging: A box the size of a shoebox to deliver a purchase the size of a cigarette pack... not very eco-friendly... but the box is nice and we will find another use for it.

The products are of good quality but I received a part (fragile) of the delivery damaged due to lack of protection in the box. More than anything, I regret not being able to pay for my order in 4X with Paypal. I have to split my orders which impacts my ecological footprint and multiplies shipping costs.

Nothing to say about customer service. Here it is more about the amount of cardboard sent and plastic used for our order of 20 hedges arriving in 20 different boxes. It would have been preferable to group the hedges with as little cardboard and plastic as possible.

Hello, I am an approved childminder, I would have liked to receive the catalog with my order to make other purchases. The product I bought was well packaged in a box of 30 cm by 20 cm. Very good, except that this same box was placed in another very large box: 3 times the size of the purchased product. I really like your brand and appreciate the quality of the listed items. However, despite a clear and categorized site, my colleagues and I in kindergarten found it complicated to find the items that correspond to our cycle 1. We have to search through all the categories, and it takes a lot of time. Moreover, the cart is not saved when we have to leave the site: we have to start all over again, and some of us have given up.

We ordered the Babisiège KIT in yellow. It is very beautiful, looks sturdy. The color is not too bright, so it's perfect. Everything is perfect except for the delivery; I noted in the delivery details that I would not be at home for 15 minutes from 9:45 to 10:00, and the delivery person called me at 9:50 to let me know he was arriving. My note on the delivery details was not taken into account. The delivery person had another delivery in my city, so I was able to receive my packages. When the packages arrived, surprise, in a large plastic bag, unprotected; I would have liked bubble wrap. For the price, I don't find that acceptable. Given the delivery person, it could have been easily stolen.

The product satisfied me. Delivery on time. For the delivery, why wasn't I informed that the package had arrived? It was left in full sun during a heatwave. The products were boiling when I found them! I am worried about keeping them and that they remain usable in the medium term.

In the case of exposure to high heat, if the packaging of the modeling clay has been opened, the clay will harden quickly, making it difficult to shape. For the delivery, it was quick, I only regret that the carrier GLS sets a time slot from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, without giving a date and does not take into account the indications mentioned during my order.
