Customer reviews of Wesco

Using huge packaging for such a light and small order is irresponsible.

Nothing to report.

Delivery faster than expected. Price quite high but item is confirmed and of good quality nonetheless.

Very good products but still a bit expensive for a childminder who does not work in a collective setting like I do.

Good site

Very good product

Between 2 and 3 stars for now... I have a mixed opinion. I submitted my request to customer service via the contact form a few days ago (with my order number etc...) and I'm waiting for their response. My daughter's mattress is 13 cm high but the Wesco mattress cover is only suitable for mattresses that are 10 cm high or less (information not present in the product description at the time of purchase) so I am unable to properly close the cover around my daughter's mattress. Additionally, I still haven't unpacked the second cover (as I ordered 2 identical products) not knowing if I will have to return it to Wesco. It's not easy to use just one cover for daily use. I hope to hear from you soon as my work hours (8am-7pm) do not allow me to contact you easily. Thank you, sincerely, Audrey Defer.

First time I used Wesco. No issues, I won't hesitate to call on them again if I need to

Delivery service to be improved. Delivery proposed only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Not very practical.

Simple navigation.

Good

Good site, a bit disappointed with the monkey bar. The large mirrors are very good.

I reordered clips for hoops due to a mistake by Wesco in a previous order (2 bags for sticks received instead of 1 for sticks + 1 for hoops - as clearly indicated on the order, no doubt). This time I ordered 2 bags for hoops, which were the only ones available during my order... and it was transcribed by the code for clips for sticks!!! So now I have 4 sets of clips for sticks... and still nothing for my hoops. For the rest of the order - as is generally the case for old orders - no problem.

Well protected! Beautiful wooden games!

Attractive products. Disappointment regarding the size of eco cars.

Satisfied with the order management, less so with the delivery because despite the €15 paid for fast delivery by Chronopost, the indicated deadlines were not respected.

Some digital references do not match between the catalog and the site.

The search mode is not always very effective for finding the product. Otherwise, very good site and quality materials.

Hello. No issues. Good;

GOOD

The site is very easy to access. I worked in a daycare so I know it well. I am a childcare assistant and having worked in a daycare, I am very satisfied with my order and the products received since I already knew them. The only downside is the delivery; if the delivery person could have left the packages on the sidewalk, he would have done it, but my husband being a former delivery driver motivated him to bring the packages to the right place.

Obvious defects on some products. Wobbly chair, damaged table. Despite several letters and calls, no response from customer service. Very disappointing.

Correct.

Perfect, very beautiful, my son loves it but I just find the delivery time a bit long.

Online store with quality products. Small downside for the shipping costs being a bit high.

Quite fast, shipping a bit high, but well, the brand costs.

The tokens are of good quality. But the delivery is too expensive for small packages.

No problem with the presentation and delivery of your products, but regarding what I ordered - an assortment of 25 sheets of 160 g cardboard in 10 colors - it is incomplete and does not match the description composition.

Very fast delivery, recommendable site.

Well. I just wish the invoice had been included in the package.

Order arrived on time, products well packaged

Average navigation. Keyword searches are too narrow. Had to struggle a bit to find the wooden bed.

Received a changing mat in a simple plastic packaging that was torn. Fortunately, there was no damage to the mat. In the future, please review the packaging with more care.

Order received quickly on time

The Family section is not clearly identified compared to the site dedicated to professionals

Photo display issue of the items

The site is not clear, it's difficult to find an item.

Very fast delivery

Good site, a bit expensive

Everything is perfect. Too bad the wall mounting parts are not provided.
