A site I didn't know, I found it while looking for an end-of-year gift idea for my daughter's teacher. Complete and efficient site. Delivery that very well respects the deadline. I recommend ++++

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. When you order from us, you are trusting a French SME for which the well-being of employees is just as important as that of our customers. Despite all our goodwill, we cannot compete with large brands offering instant delivery. Your order was indicated as deliverable between June 24 and 28. You received it within these deadlines. We are sorry that your shopping experience did not meet your expectations and hope that in light of these elements, you will excuse us. Have a good day and thank you again for your trust.

Easy navigation on the site but the description of the sandpit lacks details, especially its exact size without the accessory space and the edges, which are essential details in my opinion to make the choice to order one or two pits

Very rich site, but it does not mention the place of manufacture of its products. I was a bit disappointed to read 'made in China' upon receipt.

Very dissatisfied with Wesco. Availability deadlines not respected at Wesco. Notification of delivery addresses is absurd. Delivery tracking is very insufficient. 15 days stuck at my personal home due to contradictory emails. And on the other hand, a requirement for advance payment without any discount! However, the delivery person was efficient and did their best to rectify the poor delivery instructions.

Reception faster than expected, two days early!! It is a pity to request a preferred date when this date is not taken into account during delivery. Fortunately, no verification of the recipient!!!!

I like the principle of the site, what it offers but I had trouble finding my way around, you can't filter the request enough. Prices a bit excessive but a lot of choices, delivery in 10/15 days to home
