The items are of good quality but the delivery company was not very careful. My large plain sewn mat received a cut from a cutter that damaged the packaging and the mat. It is not completely cut but has taken a hit which weakens it!! Too bad for me, I saw it after unpacking because as a childminder, I was with my little ones when I received the package! So I didn't take the time to check everything.

Very very disappointed with customer service. After realizing that I had made a mistake in my order, I contacted the service. Impossible to modify my order placed a few minutes before.
