Package dropped off at a relay point more than 10km away. While there is a relay point in my city.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for this situation and we understand your confusion. It should be noted that each carrier works with a predefined list of relay points. This probably explains the carrier's choice for your order. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we are forwarding the information to the relevant department so that this situation does not happen again. We hope that we will have the opportunity to see you again soon on our site. Have a nice day

Excellent quality products! However, I regret the nonexistent package tracking on the Wesco personal account... and also the fact that the items arrive in a large truck unprotected (only wrapped in a plastic bag; no box)

Hello, apart from the phone reception by the receptionist who was not pleasant when we reported not having received our order yet, we are satisfied with this order.

What needs improvement is not Wesco's fault, but mainly concerns the Colissimo delivery by La Poste. Delivery was scheduled via email from La Poste for a date that was not respected. During my previous order, it was the same thing. (for example: Scheduled for Thursday and actually delivered on Friday).

I don't give 5 stars because I didn't receive the right color for the sleeping bag, but it suits me as well. Best regards, Mrs. BRUNIER

Correct notebook even though I haven't tested the quality of the Canson paper with inks and plants yet. However, for the shipment, using a box that is three times its size is a waste of paper, I personally find. Just review this point and adjust better to the package.

The delivery of one of the items took almost two months. I don't find that normal.

Disappointed by the delivery, package arrived with dents in the box, no cardboard protection for the packaging, the product arrived raw, and as a result, the base was broken

I am happy with the ordered item, a pack of gloves for children. They are of good quality and fit perfectly. I give 4 stars because the order took a month and a half to arrive (but the delay was announced at the time of ordering)

I ordered these masks thinking they were category 1. This is not the case. I misread and I find that there is a lack of visibility in this matter. I also don't understand why, in February 2021, category 1 masks are still being sold on a site like Wesco...

Response from Wesco

The site is pleasant and the navigation intuitive, it is easy to get quotes and place orders online. For delivery, overall it is fast and of quality, just a small downside regarding books and puzzles, items often out of stock. We appreciate the quality of the material.

Site quite easy to navigate, although filtering by theme can sometimes be a bit tedious and there are many items. Package arrived on time but in poor condition. Repackaged by La Poste... Fortunately, all products were intact.

I received my order and I am satisfied, the only downside is the use of the spinning top, the stick that we insert into the cone spins in vain!!!! So it's complicated to make the whole thing turn.....
