Clear site. Good order tracking. Fast shipping. Receipt of the posters was impeccable, but the small package was not sturdy enough to support the weight of other packages: it was 'squashed' on one side and the post had to reinforce it (on the side where the package was empty..). This slowed down its reception... but no breakage... phew!

The cutlery was thrown loosely in the box without any protection, even the box itself. This is unacceptable during COVID times and for a company that works with nurseries. The box was three times too big for the contents. Really very disappointed, I wanted to order a hammock nest and a chair for my daughter from you, but that's not going to be possible.
