- too long delay (15 days) for items in stock (the different items arrived before...) - stock not up to date (items available at the time of my order then different later) - non-contractual photos (multicolored stickers including blue, purple, pink... I received stickers in autumn colors) - the plastic used to hold the items in place in the box was welded to the packaging of large sheets which ended up being destroyed

The site is serious; shipments are fast. My only downside is the prices. I find the products relatively expensive.

I received my package well, I just expected it to be wrapped to conceal the product, apart from that the product meets my expectations.

Too bad for the packaging, transparent plastic bag. I would have preferred a cardboard box, personal opinion, delivered quite quickly

logic game Sleeping Beauty: upon unpacking, the box was torn and already open + absence of protective plastic film around the box, nothing seems to be missing at first glance but not great for a Christmas gift

the site is well done, however the payment methods by check and delivery location on the order form need to be reviewed.

Easily accessible site, ergonomic. Delivery with a call from the driver to synchronize, Perfect. I think the delivery is optimized in terms of CO₂ hence the delivery time is a bit long for OK for the Environment. Good value
