For now, it's difficult to evaluate. We'll see over time because given the price, we expect a good lifespan. My rating corresponds to the service, contact with the telephone service was average (staff not very pleasant but they do their job properly). Payment, no possibility to pay in installments, unfortunately (payment on delivery, as there was a different wait for each item, the payment was separated so it suited me)... Delivery between 9 am and 5 pm. Not practical at all, not precise, they do not notify beforehand. Item arrived as described and in perfect condition. No possibility to return if it doesn't suit you or at your expense!!

Satisfied except for two things: - I checked the box 'delivery in one go' which extended the delay. But my packages arrived in two shipments (a few days apart). This raises questions about the carbon footprint! - I made a return which is at my expense. €18 for the product and €16.5 for the return shipping costs. This does not satisfy me at all.
