More than a month to be delivered, I don't understand why Wesco doesn't inform the customer right away, that is to say at the time of ordering... delays when a product is out of stock... It's very unfortunate when you're waiting for materials to work. I had to contact them twice. But this is the first time this has happened. My previous orders went smoothly. But here, not even a gesture or an apology... I had to order urgently elsewhere to work...

I gave 3 stars because of the delivery. For the first delivery, I was not informed of the delivery day. I was at home but the delivery person did not come to ring. 2nd delivery: time slot: 'we will pass during the day...' when calling in the morning, they tell me they will pass in the afternoon and they came at 3 PM. It is really not practical to have to block the whole day. Disappointed with this delivery which is not adapted to the schedule of a private individual.

Very good site, too bad they did not communicate our request for delivery on a specific date to the delivery person when we can do it at the time of the order. I had requested to be delivered in August, the delivery person showed up 5 days before the scheduled date. I was absent (hence my request for a delivery date) so I received it about ten days later than what I had requested... Catherine, it's a shame because it's a good quality site.
