Apart from the product which is very expensive for what it is (there has been a noticeable decline in quality over time, I also have the old version), the transaction was carried out quite correctly.

The delivery person gave me one package out of two. Upon noticing that one was missing, I quickly called back and he explained that it happens and he only had one. Three-quarters of an hour later he returned apologizing that the package was hidden under another. Luckily he wasn't far to bring it back to me. I found it average. They are too rushed and never check with the customers on site.. Otherwise, the bed was already assembled, which is nice. Good quality at first glance, we'll see over time. Satisfied. Regarding the site, known for its quality, without special promotions I wouldn't buy (quality/price).

Very disappointed. I had ordered natural colored clay for my daughter's birthday and received yellow clay that is much less pretty. Too late to exchange.

very comprehensive, a lot of references but navigation can be a bit difficult (the play mats are in many different 'chapters', hard to compare them all at a glance for example)

Attractive items but navigation on smartphone (menu) is not easy. Fast delivery but you have to be present all day to receive the package!

You have a problem with packing the parcels. I had ordered a set of 5 one-liter bottles of paint with 1 one-liter bottle of glue, and in the package, all the bottles were loose, without any padding to secure them, which caused one bottle to break during transport and a refusal and return of the package. I wanted to use the paint quickly with the children I care for, but that will have to wait until Wesco accepts my return to allow me to reorder.

The products are of very good quality but the description on the site is too brief, I mistakenly ordered poufs instead of pears. Not very serious but a bit annoying.

The ordered products meet my expectations. However, I was delivered after the indicated date, and since I absolutely needed my order in the following days (and I had received nothing nor been informed...), I tried to contact Wesco by phone several times without success, which was quite stressful... Finally delivered on time for my events and very happy with my purchases!
