Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Part of the notebooks received were not the ones ordered.
Good customer service: sending the correct notebooks and returning the wrong ones at Wesco's expense

it's a pity that items disappear from the cart when the order is not placed within the day. Shipping costs are quite high especially if you buy small products like stickers at 3.70 euros (which is more expensive than buying the stickers)

Easy to use. However, it is a pity that when the cart turns into a quote, some information disappears (like color choices for items, for example).

Delivery time of 15 days not respected, waited 2 months....!! Certainly apologies after a month following a complaint on Facebook and a commercial gesture, but it doesn't seem serious.....

Hello,
We did not appreciate the delivery at all. The delivery person left everything on the pavement and before 9 am without caring whether we could retrieve the equipment or not. Moreover, he was unpleasant and rude to my colleagues. It's a shame because you have quality equipment and with such a disastrous delivery, it does not make you want to recommend. The transport provider really needs to be reviewed!!!

Hello. It's difficult for me to find the item I want. Second remark: I was disappointed by the animal puzzle types, excuse me, I forgot the name, they detach too easily. I regretted these purchases because there were four of them. It's a budget for me. It's rare that I'm disappointed by Wesco products.

The descriptions on the site are not detailed enough. And as a result, even though we can return, it's already too complicated.

Response from Wesco
Thank you for your feedback. Wesco places great importance on supporting families and provides its expertise for the well-being of children. For each product, a descriptive sheet is created. This includes the technical characteristics of the product, maintenance advice (if applicable: machine washing), but also the 'Product Plus', in other words, the benefits of the game... for the child (e.g., motor skills, manipulation...)
