Product conforms, beautiful quality, only regret is that I was supposed to have them by Christmas, received on March 10, I had been waiting for the receipt since September!

The delivery did not quite match my order, as out of the 9 packages ordered, only one contained the bells of the ordered size, the others were smaller, so obviously cheaper.... I am therefore disappointed with the merchandise and misled about the price....

Response from Wesco Published on 17/03/2022

Hello and thank you for alerting us this way. We are sorry to read that the majority of the received bells do not meet your expectations. Following the replacement of this product, it is possible that you received old references and this does not comply with the order placed. Also, our customer service is at your disposal at [email protected] for any complaints. You can mention the different dimensions received and our teams will get back to you as soon as possible to provide a solution. Despite this inconvenience, we hope to see you again on our site. Have a nice day.

I had forgotten an item, you cannot simply add an item even though the order has not yet been placed. I had to call, wait 48 hours before redoing the order in its entirety.
