The products are very good, however I am not too happy with the rest. The products arrive packaged in large bags and are very dirty, some have very difficult black stains to remove, some stains simply do not come off and are ingrained. I didn't even contact customer service because for my last order I received a block with a damaged corner, okay really very slightly damaged but when you see the price I would have hoped everything to be impeccable. Customer service did not respond to me. Too bad because the products are good.

Response from Wesco Published on 02/02/2022

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write to us. We are sorry to read that you are not fully satisfied with your shopping experience at Wesco. We are particularly attentive to the quality of our products and the cleanliness of their packaging at the time of departure from our warehouse. If a package was not compliant, it would obviously be redone before shipping. We cannot leave you with soiled products as this goes against our quality commitments. That is why we would need you to send us a complaint at [email protected] (including some photos of the defective products) so that we can provide you with a solution quickly. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and sincerely hope that this unfortunate experience will not prevent you from returning to us at www.wesco.fr. Have a nice day.

Impeccable website, easy to navigate, I received the order 1 week later and very satisfied with both products (cot bed + fitted sheet) of very good quality, I know these products very well being a former nursery assistant and now a childminder. However, I have a complaint about the delivery, the delivery person was really not friendly at all either on the phone or at delivery, barely a 'hello' and no 'goodbye' either (politeness is something essential that we teach children) if he doesn't like his job he should change it immediately, it would be better for everyone!

For this order, the delivery time was really too long. Ordered for Christmas, it arrived at the end of January.
