Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
A bit disappointed with this site, delivery not respected two months of waiting! Yet scheduled in 2 to 3 weeks... moreover, the bottom of the module was torn and no response from customer service which I have notified!

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Your order did indeed take longer than expected due to stock reasons. However, we did inform you. The day we were restocked, we sent you another message informing you that your order would be delivered within 8 days. Regarding your module, we are always disappointed when our items, made with love, suffer from mishandling or rough transport and do not arrive at your place intact. We apologize for this. Your complaint has been duly noted by our customer service.
