After just a small 'but', I ordered 3 small foam pads, and they arrived packed in a 'simple' plastic bag, which was thick and in excellent condition, but a box would have been just as good if not more protective in case of snag... but that's nitpicking, everything was very good. Good quality product but defect during the packaging of the kit for the support bar, I am missing one of the 2 plates to finalize my installation and it takes 2 weeks of processing at customer service just to handle my request. I urgently need this missing part from the package. I find that the response time of 2 weeks is too long especially since it is just a missing part. Best regards. Mr. Coch e9
