Not bad, but I say it again, given the prices and the orders we place, a loyalty program or something like that would be interesting....

Received bad diapers, ineffective customer service by phone, no response to the various emails sent, only Adeline from social media was able to answer my questions even though she is not directly concerned (hence the 2 *, otherwise I would have given only 1...). A week to realize that they no longer have in stock the diapers I ordered (the stock on the website has still not been updated...). How long will it take for me to be refunded my €95??? This is a significant amount, especially since I had to reorder this from another website.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. While we are pleased with the enthusiasm of our customers, stocks sometimes struggle to meet your expectations and we are sorry for that. We understand your dissatisfaction and apologize again for this setback. PS: a big thank you to Adeline.
