Usually I am satisfied but there were 3 liters of gouache missing from the order we placed that were not in the package. The after-sales service has still not responded to me.

A lot of choices, quality products (the lower-priced ones are sometimes not that great, but that's it). Overall satisfied, I have already placed several orders.

Order received very late compared to the indicated date and the music note is not great. The winder is very hard to wind for an adult and impossible for a child. Disappointed with my purchase, a bit high in price.

The site is very well designed with products thought out for early childhood in terms of educational and safety interest. It has the advantage of having age ranges. The details during the order are clear. The delivery, in always impeccable packaging, is always done within the specified deadlines during the order tracking. Kudos for your professionalism that clearly makes a difference in my choice compared to other sites.
