Site easy to access. The only downside is that I would have liked to find the paint in 1L individually otherwise everything is ok. Prices are correct, delivery is also correct. Very satisfied.

Personally, I find that navigating your site is not intuitive. Regarding delivery, the deadline was respected and the perfectly packaged parcel arrived intact. For an unknown reason, however, I had to pick up my package at the Post Office, and not at the relay merchant I had chosen. Fortunately, the two locations are very close to each other.

Packaging always perfect, delivery made on the scheduled day. A nice site where I always find my happiness. I haven't rated the products because they are my Christmas gifts.

Magnificent carpet, the children have adopted it, all the children of the nanny. Just one small thing, I noticed a small snag in the fold when unpacking, probably during delivery, the delivery person was not very careful.

Bench, module of very good quality. Impeccable finish, French product. The only downside is that it is quite expensive. A real little nursery at home. Thank you Wesco

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. After checking on our side, the delivery of your order was estimated between 17/11 and 20/11. The product you ordered was available earlier and was delivered to you 3 days before the announced date. We regret that this delay was not fast enough for your taste. Nevertheless, by choosing WESCO you are trusting a French SME whose teams do their utmost every day to ensure quality services and satisfy customers. We are sorry to read that the phone reception was not as warm as expected and we hope you will give us a second chance by visiting us again soon on wesco.fr. Have a nice day.
