The material received very quickly seems to be of very good quality! A part was missing but after calling the very responsive after-sales service, the part was received in 5 days!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our teams prepare each order with care; unfortunately, it can happen that they suffer from the unpredictability of transport, independently of our will. On our side, we have informed our logistics service to get in touch with the carrier in question. If the product is damaged or unusable, we invite you to file a complaint at [email protected]. We hope you will not hold this unfortunate experience against us and that you will come back to see us soon on wesco.fr. Have a good day.

I am generally satisfied with the order I placed on the wesco site. The only thing I can point out is that the packaging was very large compared to what was inside. Moreover, there was nothing to secure it (paper or otherwise...). As a result, the box inside was slightly damaged.

In the era of ecological transition, it's very unfortunate that a tiny item is delivered in a huge box and that deliveries are made in several parts. One should wait to have the entirety of the order and make one single delivery

Hello and thank you for taking the time to express your opinion. Your order contained two products with incompatible dimensions for shipping in a single package. Additionally, when placing the order, you have the option to choose delivery in one go so that your order leaves our warehouse when all products are available. As part of our CSR policy, our teams are indeed working on improving our shipping packaging, and new solutions will be implemented in 2024. We hope to see you again soon on wesco.fr and wish you a very good day.
