I had to contact customer service regarding my order, I was very poorly received by a very unfriendly and unpleasant person. Having placed an order of nearly €4000, I expected better quality customer service. Furthermore, the site states a 48-hour delivery for products marked in stock, but I was told that this did not apply to large orders. It would be good to clarify this. I received my order in 11 days.

We indicate in our general sales conditions a delivery time between 3 and 5 days. It is also specified that 'This delay is not guaranteed for orders containing a large quantity of items'.
