Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
I chose delivery by CHRONOPOST paying an extra cost of €15.90 for home delivery on 20/12/2022, and in fact, the delivery took place on 26/12 ... after Christmas ... This is the reason for my dissatisfaction. I would appreciate a refund of €15.90 as a goodwill gesture ...

Does not offer payment in installments for childminders, so for a 4-seater stroller, I went to another more expensive store to be able to pay over 12 months for the same reference. It's disappointing as if they only cater to nurseries, as a childminder, I don't feel recognized on their site as a professional in early childhood.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry if you did not feel recognized as a professional in early childhood because that is absolutely not the message we want to convey. On the contrary, at WESCO, we encourage and respect all forms of childcare to allow every child to thrive in safety and kindness. On our site, we offer payment in 4 installments if you choose to pay via Paypal. Your feedback makes us aware that this information about payment in 4 installments needs to be highlighted more on our site, and we will work on that. Finally, we invite you to find the good deals (promo codes, advantage clubs) reserved for childminders on the page https://www.wesco.fr/codes-promos.html. We hope you will give us a second chance to make a better impression by returning to our site soon. Have a nice day.

Your site and the product are very good. However, I am not happy with the delivery. Chronopost made it seem like they presented themselves twice without being able to deliver, while there were 4 people on site. There is also a mailbox for packages, and yours would have fit in easily. I had to go to the post office to retrieve the package.

The slippers are very good, padded and easily washable. However, my 15-month-old son cannot wear them, they are way too big (size 12 months). It would be helpful to indicate the length of the slippers in cm because size 20/21 can vary by brand. To help, the length is 14cm. I will order the size 6 months hoping it fits

Very disappointed with the iceberg chair, I do not recommend it. We bought 2 and we are still on the second one for the ascent; the shoulder straps are not suitable and slide even when adjusted.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. After investigating with our logistics service, we have several explanations that justify this exceptionally longer delivery time. When you choose your delivery date, the order is prepared in our warehouse 7 days in advance. In your case, the preparation of your order was scheduled for 12/27. However, this year our company was exceptionally closed between Christmas and New Year to allow our employees to fully enjoy this period. Therefore, your order was prepared with a few days delay and consequently, the delivery was also delayed. This is an unfortunate combination of circumstances and we hope this will not affect your loyalty to WESCO as your satisfaction remains our priority. We look forward to seeing you again soon on www.wesco.fr and wish you a very good day.
