There are many nice things for babies and children. Some things are a bit expensive but it's okay. However, the delivery is a bit long.

The delivery did not quite match my order, as out of the 9 packages ordered, only one contained the bells of the ordered size, the others were smaller, so obviously cheaper.... I am therefore disappointed with the merchandise and misled about the price....

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for alerting us this way. We are sorry to read that the majority of the received bells do not meet your expectations. Following the replacement of this product, it is possible that you received old references and this does not comply with the order placed. Also, our customer service is at your disposal at [email protected] for any complaints. You can mention the different dimensions received and our teams will get back to you as soon as possible to provide a solution. Despite this inconvenience, we hope to see you again on our site. Bibs of very good quality. Dishonest technique or defective site, they tell you that your shipping costs are free, then after you have entered your personal information, they inform you that shipping costs are payable and that you need to spend €250 for free shipping. If you do not follow up, they directly follow up in my email box

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for your positive review on the bibs. After verification, the shipping costs are indeed displayed at the cart level and are re-stated at the time of choosing the delivery method. If you encountered an anomaly in the display at the time of your order, we apologize for that. Concerned about our customers' satisfaction, we do everything possible to make your purchase as easy and clear as possible. Hoping to see you again on our site, we wish you a good day.
