Hello and thank you for your experience feedback. We are sincerely sorry for this longer delivery time than initially expected. For several months, globally, some raw materials have faced supply difficulties, directly impacting the availability of finished products. As a manufacturer and distributor, we are also affected by this situation and are doing everything possible to minimize the impact on our customers to ensure their satisfaction. Despite this delivery delay, we hope your order meets your expectations. We look forward to seeing you again soon on our site, and we wish you a very good day.

Very good. A small hiccup at the beginning with the shipment of the package. But upon receipt, the item was completely compliant, well packaged and protected. Already adopted by our two-year-old daughter. Very practical.

Fast delivery. Pleasant site except for the format of the descriptions which is not always easy to read (description in line end to end). Quality products with a small incident on this order where the book arrived torn by one centimeter at the binding. Really a shame for a new book.

Big delivery problem. At the end of my order, I had the choice for the delivery date. I marked from December 29 because I was not home before. And the order arrived on December 27. So very disappointed.

This date was not respected and this independently of our will. We regret your disappointment and hope that you will give us a second chance by coming back to see us soon on our site.
