Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. Customers highlight product quality and accuracy to descriptions, mentioning items suitable for toddlers and babies, comfortable for children, and durable, with some items like small beds useful in space-limited nurseries. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.
Order received on time. The carrier had an unpleasant behavior. He yelled at me because he couldn't find a place to park in front of my house. But I know that has nothing to do with Wesco.

Regarding the ordering part on the website as well as the delivery, it went perfectly well, however it is impossible to receive the invoice for my item by email after calling twice in vain, still nothing received!!!

Very disappointed by the lack of communication from the brand. More than 2 months delay when that was not what was announced. Delivery postponed without being warned and no compensation even though it was a birth gift. This is not professional.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for taking the time to write to us. First of all, we apologize for this particularly long delivery delay and our lack of communication which only heightened your disappointment. Our customer service is processing a refund for the shipping costs related to your order. Additionally, we would like to clarify that during this current period, like many economic players, we sometimes face supply difficulties on certain references. Unfortunately, the product you ordered is affected. Our teams are all mobilized to ensure product availability and are doing their utmost to guarantee deadlines with suppliers. Customer satisfaction remains our priority. We hope that in light of these elements you will trust us again by returning to our site. Have a nice day.
