I am very disappointed because I am missing screws for the assembly of one of my items and the customer service does not seem to be responsive or attentive to me at all.. I still don't know if my request made nearly a week ago is being addressed..

Very satisfied. I found a rare product (baby bed 100 x 50) on their site at a very reasonable price and the delivery was faster than expected. After my order, I received tracking messages and notifications about the delivery. And the product matches the description on the site. So to summarize, 10/10 and it's a pleasant surprise, as I didn't know Wesco. I hesitated to order, but I took the plunge because I couldn't find this type of baby bed elsewhere and I don't regret it. Their service is great, I really recommend it!
