For a first order, I received a rug instead of 2 mattresses... Very dissatisfied, I am now waiting for a commercial gesture for the loss of time and the disruption caused.

The order is perfect, but the billing is not under the correct heading. I have made a request for a change, especially since the order was correct on the quote.
