My new address was able to be taken into account in time, thank you.
Product delivered on time; however, it's a shame that the delivery company does not deliver the product 'upstairs'...

Easy to find an item and order. Lots of beautiful things, a bit expensive indeed, but of good quality so it's worth the investment.

Hello,
I was very satisfied with the speed and quality of the packaging.
However, there is an error with one toy (old version instead of the new one) and after contacting customer service a week ago, I still have no response and my daughter's birthday is tomorrow.

Apart from the product which is very expensive for what it is (there has been a noticeable decline in quality over time, I also have the old version), the transaction was carried out quite correctly.
