Response from Wesco Published on 28/07/2023

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We also commend your discernment in distinguishing between our company and the delivery service provider, as this situation remains independent of our will. We regret that the delivery occurred this way as it does not respect the contractual conditions initially provided. The delivery person should have notified you of their presence or at least left a notice of passage. Our logistics service is informed of the situation and will escalate the information to the concerned provider to prevent this from happening again. We thank you once again for your understanding. We hope that this unfortunate experience will not tarnish your loyalty to Wesco and that you will visit us again soon on our site. Have a nice day.

I am very satisfied with my purchases, the dolls are beautiful, the hair too, they are delicately scented and correspond well to the photos in the catalog. I highly recommend them! I can't wait to see them in the hands of the children I welcome; I chose dolls from different continents that are well represented. Thank you.
