Nothing to report. Except for the choice of the shipping date - The package was shipped before the requested date. It would have been preferable not to offer this option, hence my rating of 4 out of 5. The rest is very good.

Hello, I am very satisfied with my items, they meet my expectations. However, I was asked to choose a delivery date and it was not respected! I was absent and luckily my neighbors are lovely, as my packages were bulky. Additionally, the bag for my mats and my structure was torn. Best regards, Isabelle

Interesting site, however I find the descriptions of some products quite basic. This is the case for board games where the game mechanics are not always clear. Small videos would be interesting.

Very good products. Too bad that the assembly service cannot be reserved when ordering online (cf Ikea, Conforama) even if they are external providers.

Very sturdy column, the color variations are great, the little fish are super because the tail is flexible. The only regret is the noise of the motor, the fact that there are air bubbles moving. Convenient switch to turn it on, but it would have been nice if the system was the same as the jellyfish aquarium without bubbles and noise.

very long delivery times (several weeks) and 1 item: delivery postponed... then a call to confirm the delivery day but not the time: a range between 8 am and 6 pm I am told. Bravo!!! You have to take a day off to receive the item....

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the failure to meet the delivery deadline and we understand your dissatisfaction. The product you ordered has unfortunately been a victim of its success, its restocking has delayed its delivery to your home by several days. We do not control the daily schedules of the delivery drivers; however, we will pass this information on to the delivery provider so that a more precise delivery time can be communicated for future orders. We regret that your experience on our site has been so disappointing and does not meet our commitments to satisfy our customers. We hope you will give us a second chance to make a better impression by visiting us again soon at wesco.fr. Have a nice day.

The delivery was the problem because they only had daily time slots without precise hours, it is impossible to take a day off just to receive a package. I went myself to Rungis to pick up the package directly from the carrier even though I paid for delivery. The packaging cover was torn, fortunately the package was not damaged.

Very good, I would like the products to be more associated. For example, when we are in the cribs, that sheets, screens, etc. are offered, it would save time.
