The order went perfectly. The only downside is regarding the delivery through the carrier VIR. In fact, the customer service of VIR is not able to contact the delivery people and warehouses, which is problematic when it is noted absent in the tracking and the person is present.

The small beds and sheets are as described, fast shipping, it was with the carrier at my place in Bastia (Haute Corse) that I had problems retrieving the package, I had to call Wesco 4 times to finally get my package.

Rug received damaged (like cuts from a cutter). This is not surprising as it was just wrapped in transparent plastic. I made a complaint and I hope to receive a new one! My rating could be revised depending on customer service... otherwise, apart from the fact that it is damaged, the quality is top! I wanted the ivory color, it was only available in this size. Too bad.

I really like this brand. However, I was less pleased with the delivery that I requested to be home and that the second package was dropped off at a relay point without notifying me. The lady on the phone was super efficient in telling me where I had to go to pick it up. Nevertheless, when I request home delivery, I like it to be respected...

Delivered before the desired delivery date (while on vacation). Very inconvenient when you have to pick up the package at a relay point when you don't have time to go and need the product. Misunderstanding during a call to customer service before purchase. Accessory was said to be part of the pack by the person on the phone but was not received as it is not actually part of the pack. Complicated to have to make a claim by email rather than by phone. Passed around from service to service. I still haven't managed to order the missing accessory. I believe I shouldn't have to pay shipping fees again since it wasn't my mistake and it could even have been offered to me. In short, my first experience with Wesco is not encouraging.

Regarding the product, indeed, you ordered a chair with a tray and a crotch strap, but the crotch strap is fixed to the tray, so it is not possible to use the crotch strap alone, without the tray. For this product, if you wish to use the chair with the crotch strap but without the tray, we offer the accessory alone (reference 63215). This experience does not align with the values upheld by Wesco.
